What does RFID, LTD. look for?

Here is the job description for our typical consultant:
Travel: 75-100%
Location: Nationwide

Education: Bachelors or Technical Certifications

Rate of Pay: Market

Background: Need HANDS ON RFID EXPERIENCE. Please no “users”, excellent candidates will have experience implementing RFID with a large systems integrator or will have a background in RFID software or hardware and ERP software.

Candidates will have been through at least one full pilot or implementation or will have published publicly accessible RFID related white papers or business cases.

Candidate must be comfortable reporting status to management and client management.

Candidate must have a track record of delivering quality service within allotted timeframe and scope of work.
